Im making briars pillary from League of Legends. I made the main part out of these thick eva foam boards you can get for cheap at home depot. Theyre too thick to make the blade part/edges. I don't want to use cardboard bc i feel its not durable enough & could get dented really easily. And I'm too broke for the cosplay eva foam stuff too. I was gonna use corrugated plastic sheets for it, but it ended up being way too hard to work with.
