People love saying you should use the customer’s exact words. Fair enough. But my opion's sometimes those exact words are a mess. A review or interview can give you the real frustration, the weird workaround, or the moment someone finally decided they’d had enough. That’s the useful part. It doesn’t mean the whole sentence belongs in a headline. Customers aren’t trying to explain a product to a stranger in eight words. That’s our part keep what feels true, cut what wanders, and make the point clear without polishing all the life out of it. Maybe the better test isn’t whether the customer literally said the line. It’s whether they’d read it and think: yep, that’s exactly what I meant.
