A stumble took her out of contention on debut, but there was no such troubles here for Foxiest (Gun Runner), and the daughter of champion Covfefe strolled home at second-asking to win as easily as she pleased to earn 'TDN Rising Star, presented by Hagyard' honors at Churchill.Losing precious lengths in that aforementioned Aug. 29 unveiling at Saratoga, a meeting which proved to be loaded with high-quality juvenile racing all summer, Foxiest still managed to close stoutly in the lane despite going six wide and come within 2 1/2 lengths of taking home the win. The minors in that contest were all decided by a pair of noses.Breaking well and traveling comfortably in the opening stages here as the 3-5 favorite, the Brad Cox trainee made herself known as the danger turning for home, and muscled her way to running room to take command in upper stretch. Swiftly opening up on the field, she won with air to spare while never really being asked for much effort.
