Hi everyone, I'm a U.S. government contractor hiring virtual assistants to collect subcontractor price quotes for our bids. The role (remote, hours are flexible): Find and build lists of qualified subcontractors by trade and region for each bid Send RFQs and follow up consistently (email + phone) until quotes come in — target is 10+ quotes per week Log all quotes, follow-up dates, and vendor details in a shared tracker What I'm looking for: Strong written and spoken English — you'll be calling and emailing U.S. subcontractors Available during U.S. Eastern mornings for overlap Organized and persistent with follow-up (this is most of the job) Prior RFQ, procurement, or estimating-support experience is a big plus Pay & terms: $500/month, paid weekly.
