Vin Cox Named VRC Chairman

Vin Cox will become the 23rd Chairman of the Victoria Racing Club (VRC), succeeding Neil Wilson following the club's Annual General Meeting in December.Cox, who joined the VRC Board in 2020, will officially take over on Dec. 15. A member of the club for more than 30 years, he currently serves on the VRC Racing Sub-Committee and chairs its Masterplan Committee.Cox brings extensive racing and bloodstock experience to the position, having previously served as Managing Director of Godolphin Australia and Magic Millions and, most recently, as General Manager of Yulong.“I'm deeply honoured to be appointed Chairman of the Victoria Racing Club,” Cox said. “As a member of the Club for more than 30 years, this is a responsibility that I don't take lightly.”Wilson will step down after 14 years on the VRC Board, including serving as Chairman since 2020.
