Frive founder George Taylor started his meal-prep business in 2017 with about £2,000, cooking meals from his one-bedroom flat in East London. The idea grew from his own effort to build healthier routines after a difficult period in his life. What began with Taylor making and delivering meals himself later became a company generating about £50 million a year.
