I apologize. I was going off what the Housing Authority in my city told me when I asked about my cat being allowed as an ESA. I also apparently confused the parrots being service animals instead of ESAs. Thanks for correcting me before I repeated it. The point of my post still stands - no college is going to allow a parrot as an ESA. I worked cleaning dorm rooms two summers in college. Some students did horrible thing to their rooms. I don't even want to imagine what a bored parrot could do to a room 😩
