A few days ago I took my iPad instead of my laptop to travel light. Then a meeting with a supplier came up and I needed to show a 3D model I'd put together with JavaScript. It was an HTML file I could open in my browser on the laptop. On the iPad I couldn't get it running in either Safari or Chrome. I ended up using an app full of ads just to get through the meeting. It worked, but I didn't want that to be my workflow every time. I also wanted to know where my work files were going. So I built a browser editor for HTML, CSS and JavaScript where I can load a file, edit it and run it without uploading the source to a server. There are plenty of editors already. I wanted this particular workflow to be usable on a tablet. I've been fixing the mobile layout and would appreciate feedback from people who actually use an iPad or phone for this. Can you comfortably edit and use the preview? What gets in the way? It's free to try without an account. I'm the one building it. https://compiler.adamantcore.ai/ submitted by /u/Comfortable_Quit_874 [link] [comments]
