HDFC Capital Advisors has joined forces with Shalimar Corp to establish a significant Rs 750 crore real estate development platform. This collaboration aims to enhance residential and mixed-use projects in prominent Uttar Pradesh cities like Lucknow and Varanasi. The venture envisions a development potential surpassing 5 million sq ft, inclusive of around 3,000 residential units.
