When a company needs design work completed, we match the project with designers in our network whose experience fits the brief. Missions may include: • UI design • UX improvements • Landing pages • Mobile app screens • Web app design • Product redesigns • Design systems • Prototypes • UX audits You see the project requirements, what it pays, and the deadline before accepting anything. You do NOT need: • A large following • To be part of an agency • To accept every project You DO need: • Strong design fundamentals • To reliably follow a brief and deadline • A complete NearbyCrew profile • Examples of your previous work Your portfolio matters. Our clients are actively reviewing creator and professional profiles before approving people for paid missions. Profiles without a profile photo, work history, or proof of previous work have consistently been passed over. If you join, please complete the full signup and onboarding process. Add your photo, experience, design skills, portfolio, Figma work, screenshots, case studies, or other proof of work wherever possible.
