I know it's a common chat here, but I'll join the club in warning both buyers and sellers to avoid CGTrader. I purchased a model which wound up having horrifically broken texture data. To the point that correcting it would have taken half a day or more. I raised a request for a refund. And they delayed responding to me 31 days, which by a huge coincidence happens to be just slightly longer than Paypal's Protection covered me for. And they insisted because one of the formats the file was offered in was fine, it was irrelevant and refused me a refund. Tried my luck with Paypal, who automatically closed the case because it was greater than 30 days. But they reversed course when I threatened a chargeback with my bank and refunded me.
