Hi all, I usually order through the chipotle app, but there doesn’t seem to be an option to order plain cheese or sour cream individually on the side by themselves. So when I pick up my order, I ask for two sides of cheese and two sides of sour cream (for two burritos). They’ve always given them to me for free, but sometimes the employees seem a little annoyed when I ask and I don’t want to be that customer lol What’s the best way to handle this? Is there something I can select in the app that I’m missing, or should I just keep asking when I pick it up? I even thought about changing my order name to something like “TwoCheeseTwoSourCrm,” but I figured I’d ask employees here what you’d actually prefer customers do.
