Vadilal Industries Ltd has signed a revised supply agreement with Vadilal Enterprises for a 12-month period. This agreement is set to be effective from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027. The previous 10-year agreement was due to end on September 30, 2026, and could not be renewed. A family dispute within the promoter Gandhi family has complicated operational issues and leadership restructuring.
