HR+/HER2− breast cancer constitutes approximately 65–75% of all breast cancer cases worldwide. Although CDK4/6 inhibitors have substantially extended progression-free survival (PFS), up to 60% of patients derive no clinical benefit from these agents, underscoring the urgent need for more effective therapeutic strategies.
