Free Printable 30-Day IRON Series Workout Logbook

Wait 5 sec.

Hey everyone! I regularly rotate several of Caroline’s YouTube IRON Series workouts each week and wanted a clean, minimalist paper notebook to track my weights and reps week-over-week without having to unlock my phone between sets. After putting together a 3-day version for my own weekly rotation, I decided to build out the entire 30-Day IRON Series (Days 1–30) and wanted to share the PDFs here in case anyone else finds them useful! What’s included on every page: Every Set in Chronological Order: All straight sets, supersets, tri-sets, and complexes are broken out row-by-row (#1, #2, #3) in the exact order Caroline performs them so you never lose your place mid-workout. Separate Left & Right Rows for Unilateral Moves: Whenever Caroline does a unilateral exercise one side at a time (e.g., Static Lunges, Bulgarian Split Squats, Single-Arm Rows/Presses), there are separate Left and Right rows so you can log rep or weight differences between sides. Exact Work & Between-Set Rest Timers: Each row shows the work duration (60 s, 45 s, 30 s) on the right and a small rest pill (30 s, 15 s, 0 s) straddling the line between rows—making it super easy to see at a glance whether the next move is a 0 s superset transition or a 30 s rest. Finishers & Caroline’s Reference Weights: Finishers are written out with exercise names and timers, bodyweight moves are tagged (BW), and Caroline’s reference dumbbell weights (Ref DBs) are listed in the footer of every page. Tracks 4 Full Rounds of IRON: Each workout page has 4 date columns ([ __ / __ ] + [ ___ min ] completion time) pre-formatted with a / for Weight / Reps, so one booklet lets you compare your progressive overload across 4 rounds of the program. How to Print & Assemble (Compact 5.5" × 8.5" Half-Letter Booklet) To keep the logbook compact enough to sit next to your mat or dumbbells, it’s formatted as two 5.5" × 8.5" booklet pages side-by-side on standard US Letter Landscape paper (11" × 8.5"), with a dashed center cut line (✂) and extra left margin space (0.58") so you can staple or hole-punch the left edge into a small notebook. Hope this helps anyone starting a new round of IRON or tracking their progressive overload—let me know if you spot any typos or want any tweaks! 💪 submitted by /u/FixItFromScratch to r/CarolineGirvan [link] [comments]
