ITUB4: Rompimento Pode Abrir Espaço para R$ 53–60Itau Unibanco Holding SA PfdBMFBOVESPA_DLY:ITUB4finalmenterico# ITUB4: Breakout Could Open the Way Toward R$53–60 ITUB4’s weekly chart is starting to show an interesting setup for a potential long position. After the correction from the R$49 area, price has been trading below a descending trendline that has capped every recovery attempt. We are now testing that trendline again, but this time with some important technical confluences. The first one is the **50-week moving average**, currently around R$41.70. Despite the correction, price managed to hold this area and is now trading back above it. At the same time, the **Stochastic (42,3,3)** has recovered from near-oversold levels and is turning higher. While price has remained relatively stable over the past few months, momentum went through a much deeper reset. Now we are approaching the key decision area around **R$44–45**. This is exactly where price meets the descending trendline. I don’t want to anticipate the breakout. My long setup depends on price actually breaking this structure. A strong weekly close above the trendline, especially with expanding volume, would significantly improve the probability of bullish continuation. If the breakout is confirmed, these are the levels I’m watching: R$51.00 — first major target, around the 78.6% projection. R$53.00 — second target and the 100% projection. R$60 — extended target around the 161.8% projection. What makes this setup attractive to me is the **risk/reward structure**. We have a potential structural breakout developing near the 50-week moving average while momentum is recovering. If buyers can confirm the breakout, there is considerable room for price expansion. On the other hand, if ITUB4 gets rejected again at the descending trendline and loses the 50-week moving average, particularly the R$41–42 region, the setup loses strength and the trade needs to be reassessed. I’m not trying to predict the breakout. I’m waiting for the market to confirm it. **Trendline breakout + 50-week MA holding + momentum recovering = the long setup I’m looking for.** Now we let the chart decide.
