A couple of weeks ago I posted about subsmap finding out 1/3rd of active subs are NSFW. You all showed up, and some of you showed up very enthusiastically. Since then: 89K views on the original post 6,500+ unique visitors to subsmap in 30 days (per Cloudflare analytics) Visitors from nearly 100 countries, led by the US, India, Germany and France ~200 visitors a day, still coming in 250 signups 2 min 35 sec average time on site We also dropped the login wall, since a lot of you (rightly) hated it. Then we looked at the top search queries on subsmap. NSFW came first, no surprises there. But jobs came in a close second. Turns out Reddit is being used as a job board, just a very scattered one. So we built a terminal that pulls new jobs and gigs from hiring and freelance subs as soon as they're posted, all in one live feed. No more refreshing ten subs and hoping you're early. Check it out at beta.subsmap.com/jobs And yes, the GoonDex is happening. A few of you suggested tracking NSFW subs by active members and post volume, someone else named it, and now it's on the roadmap (with a SFW version, before anyone asks). submitted by /u/knivef [link] [comments]
