NVDA Outlook: AI Demand Keeps the Broader Bullish Case IntactNVIDIA CorporationBATS:NVDAAlcaliaHubNvidia still looks constructive when the fundamental story is viewed together with the technical setup. The stock remains inside a broader upward trend, while the main business driver behind that move has not materially changed. The core theme is still the expansion of AI infrastructure. Large technology companies continue to spend heavily on data centers, computing power and AI systems, and Nvidia remains one of the companies most directly exposed to that investment cycle. Because of that, the recent pullbacks can be interpreted more as a reassessment of future growth expectations than as a breakdown in the longer-term investment thesis. Fundamental Picture The most important variable remains global AI infrastructure spending. Training and operating increasingly complex AI models requires substantial computing capacity, which keeps demand for advanced chips and data-center hardware elevated. Nvidia sits directly in that part of the market. Another factor to watch is China. If the company is able to maintain access to at least part of Chinese chip demand, that could provide an additional source of revenue growth. At the same time, the company’s third-quarter revenue forecast of approximately $108 billion suggests that strong AI demand is continuing to translate into actual business expansion. Competition remains an important risk. Huawei, Alibaba and other chipmakers are developing alternatives, so Nvidia’s position should not be viewed as untouchable. For now, however, the larger investment case continues to depend more heavily on expanding AI demand and revenue growth than on competitive pressure. Technical Structure The daily chart also remains supportive. NVDA continues to trade inside a long-term ascending channel, and previous corrections have repeatedly attracted buyers near the lower part of that structure. The stock is currently trading around $225 and remains above the Ichimoku Cloud. The main support area I am watching is: $212–$220 This zone is important because it represents the near-term base of the current bullish structure. If buyers continue to defend that region and the sequence of higher lows remains intact, the next meaningful upside area sits around: $260–$270 That target also corresponds with the upper section of the rising channel. Preferred Setup The more attractive approach is not to chase strength after an extended move. Instead, the cleaner setup would be a controlled pullback into the $212–$220 support zone followed by renewed buying interest. As long as price continues to hold this area and remains within the broader ascending channel, the market structure continues to favor buyers. What Could Change the View? The bullish case would become less convincing if NVDA loses the $212–$220 region and begins breaking down through the lower boundary of the long-term channel. That would weaken the higher-low structure and suggest that the correction is developing into something more significant. Until that happens, the broader trend remains constructive. Current View The main reason for maintaining a positive outlook on NVDA is the combination of two factors: Fundamentally, AI infrastructure spending remains a major growth engine, with the company forecasting around $108 billion in third-quarter revenue. Technically, the stock remains inside its long-term ascending channel, trades around $225, stays above the Ichimoku Cloud and continues to hold the key $212–$220 support region. If that structure remains intact, the next upside area to monitor is $260–$270. The preferred strategy remains to wait for a pullback toward support rather than chase short-term momentum.
