Hi everybody, I have a feeling this question has been posted before but I didn't see a recent post on this topic. I also tried reaching out to Wyzant's customer service, but I haven't been able to get ahold of them, so I thought I'd ask here in case there's anyone who tutors through Wyzant can help. Recently, I spoke to a prospective student, and there were a few things I wanted to make sure I understood before having any sessions: If we're tutoring online, are we required to use Wyzant's online platform, or can we use another platform of our choice (for example, Google Meet)? I'm still in the process of completing all the eligible quizzes under "My Subjects." Do we have to complete all of the quizzes before tutoring, or are they only required to respond to tutoring jobs? If a student is interested in scheduling a session with me, the process is: basically the student creates an account, enters their payment information, sends me a message/request, and then I can accept or decline the request? Once I've agreed to work with the student, do I schedule the session myself under My Business → Calendar? After I schedule it, does the student receive an email confirming the session date and time?
