I've always liked just getting in the car and driving with no real destination, especially at night, but I wanted something that made those random drives actually feel like you're progressing toward something. So I built Overdrive — Drive & Explore. The easiest way I can describe it is basically Forza Horizon, but for your real-life drives. As you drive, Overdrive keeps track of the roads you've explored and colors them on your map. The idea is to slowly fill out your city by actually going places instead of just following the same routes every day. After you finish a drive, you can look back at your drive summary and stats like acceleration, braking and speed-related data. The point is for that stuff to be something you check after the drive rather than having another thing distracting you while you're driving. I also wanted it to be social, so we now have multiplayer live, crews, and friend invites. We're expanding the multiplayer side so driving around and exploring with friends feels like an actual shared game. It's still something I'm actively building, so I'd genuinely love feedback rather than just dropping a link and disappearing. What would you add to something like this? What would actually make you open it every time you go for a drive? And if you could steal one feature from a racing/open-world game and put it into real-world driving, what would it be ?
