Y'all are delusional. There are people who would leapfrog Andrew the giant to get this deal. A 2 bedroom 2 bath house on land with a garden, that is fully furnished would go for about $2000 rent in my low cost state. Not enough info to get specific, but it's a realistic number. If the rent drops $400/Mo for walking a dog and feeding the dog and cat, I'd be crazy not to get paid to play with the animals I'd walk/play with anyway. Where can you get paid to rent someone's house? I rent out a spare bedroom short term to people who need help. I charge $750 for the furnished room and access to the house other than my bedroom. This is cheaper than 30 days in a weekly motel up the street. This includes access to the fenced backyard with deck, mister system, and pool. I drop the rent to $400 if you keep the kitchen and dishes clean & sweep the floors (other than my bedroom). Nobody has paid $750 instead of cleaning the kitchen and sweeping the floors. They are thankful to me for not gouging them on price.
