We are holding below the 50% encroachment line on the four hour imbalance. Right near that line is a 15 minute bearish order block that’s just below the lower high. These both are major draws on liquidity and where orders could be sitting for a push to the downside. On a higher timeframe, we haven’t even hit the 30% Fib. We also broke a major trend line and could be looking for a sweep of all of this liquidity down to the four hour inducement with a possible reversal in the daily imbalance. As always wait for a confirmation and a close above the lower high and invalidates this idea..
