That sucks 😞 I'm 46 and have a cast iron stomach and no known allergies but it comes at the cost of having other issues like my mental health and autism,I love dairy but would trade being allergic to dairy if wasn't autistic and or having better mental health I guess life is a trade off at the end of the day and you can't have it all,sorry if I got a little too deep there
