Vietnamese cargo ship sinks near disputed reef; search on for 23 crew members

Rescue teams are searching for twenty-three crew members after a Vietnamese cargo ship sank. Thirty-nine individuals were successfully rescued from the vessel which encountered trouble Saturday evening. Chinese and Vietnamese ships and a helicopter are actively involved in the extensive search operation. The Khoi Nguyen 18 cargo ship was carrying sixty-two crew members when it went down.
