The scenarios you build can fail, and that’s where discipline becomes the most important skill. Discipline is understanding that a stop loss doesn’t mean I was wrong as a person , it simply means the market had a different path. A single trade outcome does not define me. In life, we are taught that more action creates more results. In trading, the opposite is often true. The best opportunities come from waiting for high-quality areas of interest and executing with patience. Constantly opening trades creates emotional noise and turns trading into gambling without a real plan. If you want to gamble, a casino exists , the market is not a casino!!! From a macro perspective, markets are currently heavily influenced by developments in the Middle East. Headlines can change quickly, but I stay focused on my plan, my process, and the trend. As an intraday trader, I don’t let the monthly trend control my decisions. There is a big difference between the timeframe you trade and the bigger picture you analyze. Currently, on the intraday timeframe, the hourly and 4H trends appear bearish. The bigger picture is still leaning bullish, but I believe there are opportunities to benefit from short positions until price reaches the key interest area around 27,000 , where strong buyers may step in.
