Ugandan diplomat Olara Otunnu has joined the race for UN Secretary-General. He is the seventh contender to succeed Antonio Guterres this year. Otunnu stressed institutional reforms and ending international conflicts in his vision. Other candidates include Rafael Grossi and Michelle Bachelet. The selection process begins this week with Security Council straw polls.
