This list is crazy. If my family was hungry i would take anything of substance to feed them if i had to ask for a hand out.no car,no job,no money just begging for a family of 10!!!?? Fam of 10 and you have nothing going for you then they need to have some state agency look at your ability to actually have a family. I will help anyone who is seriously trying and struggling. Some people we need to let evolution do its job and weed out .harse but honest
