He would become the biggest star at the club and one of the most recognizable players in the Premier League. He would also create an attacking trio capable of causing problems that few teams could solve.But, it is not that simple, because this potential move would likely break Arsenal’s bank, and possibly more than that.Why should Arsenal pay what Real Madrid refuses to pay?Bukayo Saka is one of the highest-paid players at Arsenal. His contract is reportedly worth around £300,000 per week, which places him above most of the squad and reflects his position at the club. He came through the academy, developed into Arsenal’s best attacking player and helped Arteta build a championship-winning team.Vinicius would expect far more.Sky Sports reports that Vinicius currently earns around €15 million net per year. Real Madrid has offered to increase his salary to €20 million, while the player is asking for €30 million net per season. That is more than €550,000 per week after tax.To match even his current earnings in England, Arsenal would reportedly need to pay between £450,000 and £500,000 per week.
