The initiative was undertaken by the college’s Eco Club and National Service Scheme (NSS) under the guidance of the Punjab State Council for Science and Technology and the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.The drive witnessed enthusiastic participation from Principal Dr. Harish Kumari, Punjab Environment Society President Aseem Sharma, office-bearers of the society, faculty members, NSS volunteers, Eco Club members, and students, who planted saplings and pledged to nurture them.Appreciating the initiative, Principal Dr. Harish Kumari said such programmes instil environmental responsibility among students and encourage them to contribute towards sustainable development.
