Nandini butter, ghee price hiked - The HinduPublished - July 23, 2026 10:03 pm IST - BengaluruThe Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) has effected an increase of nearly 10% per kg in the price of its Nandini butter and about a 2.14% increase in the price of its ghee per litre.Following the revision, a kg of butter will cost ₹660, up from ₹600, while a litre of ghee will cost ₹715, up from ₹700. This marks the second price revision in eight months, after KMF had increased the prices of ghee by 10% and butter by 4.78% in November 2025.With the latest revision, a 500 ml ghee pouch will now cost ₹358. Among ghee pet jars, the 50 ml pack will cost ₹55, the 100 ml pack ₹90, the 200 ml pack ₹170, and the 500 ml pack ₹368, while the 1 litre and 5 litre pet jars will cost ₹735 and ₹3,575, respectively.Similarly, the 1 litre tin will cost ₹750, while the 15 kg tin will cost ₹11,625.
