Doctors will do fertility treatments on almost anyone with cash in hand. Sometimes you might have to find the right place if you’re very extreme (just read an article about women in their mid- to late- 40’s getting IVF). It’s…not a pretty system tbh. But yes some folks don’t want to hear it but improving her body condition would likely help with her fertility.
