Yunus Musah’s future with AC Milan remains undetermined, but should the Rossoneri decide to part ways with him, a fellow Serie A club is reportedly interested.Lazio are monitoring Musah’s situation ahead of a potential move for him this summer, Italian outlet Tuttosport reported. Fellow Rossoneri player Santiago Gimenez is also on Lazio’s radar, should he leave Milan as well.Musah spent last season on loan at Atalanta, making 27 appearances and scoring two goals for the Bergamo-based club. The 23-year-old’s loan also included a €25 million purchase option but Atalanta did not exercise it, which forced Musah back to Milan.Musah has made 83 appearances for Milan since joining in August 2023.A lack of consistent playing time at Milan and Atalanta over the past year has led to less U.S. men’s national team involvement for Musah too. Musah’s last USMNT cap came back in March 2025 in a CONCACAF Nations League third-place match loss to Canada.Lazio finished ninth in Serie A last season, missing out on European qualification for the 2026-27 season. Gennaro Gattuso’s squad will open their competitive schedule on August 16 against Mantova in Coppa Italia play. Gattuso is familiar with Musah’s talents after working with him at Valencia from 2022-23.
