The Ministry of Finance of Lebanon said customs authorities seized a 3.5-ton shipment of narcotics at the Port of Beirut that was destined to be smuggled to a country in Africa.According to the ministry, members of the network suspected of involvement in the attempted smuggling have been arrested.
