The update for the Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Z Fold 4, and the Galaxy Z Flip 4 in other countries should carry firmware versions ending with the same four characters. Once the company makes them available in your region, your phone should automatically notify you about it. If it doesn’t, you can check for it manually by going to Settings > Software update > Check for updates. While the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5 are eligible to get Samsung’s next Android skin, One UI 9.0 (Android 17), the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Galaxy Z Flip 4 aren’t.
