I gave a woman $4 and as Im giving it to her she said "I see you have more in there" like lady that is my $2 to get on the damn bus. I feel so bad for people who are in need and thankful because people out there ruin it, Im broke as fuck usually but am happy to give someone a few dollars usually but have been turned off so many times. I also had a guy come up and ask me for $35 once, I was outside at a fireplace at a brewery out of town with nobody else and he probably could have sat down chatted a bit and told me why he wanted it and I might have actually given it to him since the fee for the shelter but it just caught me off guard and I was just like "What!?" he was pretty mad about it and I actually ended up being kind of scared until others came out, then he was normal and kind.
