That was happening to me so much every time I went to Walmart that I actually stopped going! I am not kidding. There would be a guy every time in my case, different guys saying hey let me pay for your groceries for food stamps and you give me money. One time he approached me but only had a couple of things in the cart and he said never mind. It would go like this: if I had $100 worth of food in my basket, he will use his food stamps to pay for it and I would give him $70 to $80. It depends on how ever they did it but yeah that's what was happening to me all of the time at Walmart and a few times at Publix.
