Hello, everyone. Our research group is planning to conduct geologic research in central Namibia area. We were told that we need to process a research permit to push through with the project. Upon checking the website, we encountered a lot of required documents that only Namibians/Namibian-based researchers could provide. We tried contacting the NCRST for this, but until now we haven't received any replies yet.
