Court proceedings in the Yorgen Fenech case were briefly brought to a halt this morning after a power cut disrupted the courtroom during the ongoing compilation of evidence related to the assassination of journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia.Electricity was restored shortly afterwards, but the interruption prompted the presiding judge to call a 30-minute break before proceedings resumed.The disruption comes as several localities across Malta continue to experience power cuts amid the ongoing heatwave and record electricity demand.•
