Turning to Buying / Larger charts remain BearishGoldOANDA:XAUUSDgoldenBear88As discussed throughout my yesterday's session commentary: 'My position: Gold gave away the early session Profit and reversed inside the newly formed Hourly 1 chart’s Rectangle for a new Resistance zone test. You may take some time on the side to continue Trading this range, but the overall critically Bearish larger charts will eventually prevail. I am fully Bearish and my model is pointing to prolonged weakness on Gold and what keeps Gold on upswing currently is Fundamental side (ceasefire talks / hopes) which is adding Intra-day Buying pressure on Gold. I mentioned many times and will mention again, invalidating #4,002.80 benchmark on Gold will not be with relative ease and Gold will need sustainable decline in order to display full scale Bearish sequence, so realize the potential of this level.' My position: Ceasefire talks (Fundamental side) is keeping Buyers alive and is adding heavy Buying pressure on Intra-day basis and as each Hourly candle arrives. Huge benchmark of #4,102.80 was re-tested as Gold now sets eyes on the #4,127.80 - #4,152.80 hard Resistance zone. This is the last barrier before the next hyper wave to #4,202.80 which poses as Medium-term Resistance. There is no use in mentioning the Overbought action on Hourly 4 chart as ceasefire talks is what basically fuels the aggressive uptrend above the most Hourly 4 chart's Resistance lines. It is crucial / key to look at Hourly 4 chart’s currently on balanced Bullish levels and open Sells when it turns Bearish. I am expecting #4,152.80 benchmark test on this pace ahead however I do expect parabolic decline when Fundamental dust settles. My position: I have turned to Buying as #4,102.80 benchmark got invalidated and I have closed currently second batch of Buy's from #4,110.80 re-Buy point. I will keep Buying Gold as long as #4,092.80 - #4,102.80 is holding from my key entry points / Target #4,127.80 - #4,152.80 benchmark.
