The yellow highlighted area is a Daily Order Block (OB), and there is also a significant 4-hour liquidity pool above it. My idea is that if price sweeps the 4-hour liquidity and then taps into the midpoint of the Daily OB, it could provide a good long opportunity. At a minimum, I think price could retrace to the most recent 4-hour high and, hopefully, continue toward the higher targets I have indicated on the chart. What do you think of this setup? Do you see anything I might be missing, or would you approach it differently?
