$CRCL: Is Circle in Trouble? Idea Circle Internet Group, Inc. Class ABATS:CRCLevolutionqcThe chart certainly suggests it is... but is the company? Since the IPO, the initial euphoria has faded and the market has been consistently repricing expectations. Every meaningful rally has been sold into, producing a series of lower highs while respecting the descending trendline almost perfectly. At the moment, price is sitting on a key demand zone around 58-60, an area where buyers finally have an opportunity to defend the current structure. Whether this becomes a meaningful bottom or simply another pause before continuation lower remains to be seen. A successful defense here, followed by a break of the descending trendline, would expose the first liquidity resting between 135 and 145, with 170 becoming the next major objective. However, if this support fails, the chart opens considerably to the downside. The next area that attracts my attention is the 25-28 accumulation zone, where higher-timeframe demand and a much more attractive risk-to-reward profile begin to align. Fundamentally, I don't believe Circle is a weak company. Quite the opposite. Stablecoins continue to become an increasingly important part of global finance, and Circle remains one of the leading regulated players in the sector. The stock, however, is a different story. IPO enthusiasm often creates valuations that require perfection. Once momentum fades, the market begins searching for fair value, and that process can be far more painful than most investors expect. For now, I remain neutral while price trades beneath the descending trendline. The current support is the first real test. If buyers reclaim control, the upside potential is substantial. If not, patience may be rewarded with significantly better prices. As always, these are scenarios, not predictions. The market will decide the path—we simply identify the areas where probabilities begin to shift. Like, Follow, Boost, Join. Thank You! Financial Disclaimer: This post is not financial advice.
