As a Senior Consultant, you will operate at the heart of Asset Management, leading initiatives in a fast paced and international environment. You will not only shape concepts but ensure their successful execution, directly contributing to Helvetia's strategic progress. What you'll be doing Actively drive and manage projects across the full value chain of Group Asset Management in both German and English Develop simple, effective solutions to complex challenges and implement them with clear focus and direction Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of seniority across the organization Ensure compliance with corporate quality standards Fixed term of 2 years with option for permanent position What you'll bring to the role Solid, multi-year experience as a senior project manager in Asset Management Proven methodological expertise in managing complex, group-wide projects Very good knowledge of Asset Management products and IT solutions (e.g., BlackRock Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension) is desirable Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, along with an analytical and proactive mindset Fluent in English and German Collaboration that makes a difference We believe in genuine collaboration, mutual trust and people who are willing to take responsibility.
