The Amarnath Yatra resumed after a six-day suspension due to heavy rainfall and inclement weather. Pilgrims from the 20th batch successfully crossed Chanderkote on Monday en route to the Holy Cave shrine. Authorities allowed travel exclusively via the Baltal route as the Pahalgam track remains closed. The annual pilgrimage attracts thousands of devotees from across the country each year.
