The camp received an enthusiastic response from participants, with a total of 20 units of blood successfully collected. A team from Rotary and Blood Bank Society Resource Centre, Sec 37, Chandigarh collected the blood units. On the occasion, Sakshi Katyal, Chairperson of CII-IWN, said that every blood donation is not just a medical necessity but also a symbol of hope, compassion, and humanity. She emphasized that a small act of kindness can become the invaluable gift of life for someone in need. She encouraged people to embrace voluntary blood donation as a social responsibility and inspire more individuals to join this noble initiative. She also expressed gratitude to all the blood donors, volunteers, and partner organizations for their support, stating that such initiatives play a vital role in strengthening the spirit of service, compassion, and community participation in society.
