That was my first thought. I mean tickets- fine. But tickets will eat almost half of that and then you still need several months rent, document fees, AND an emergency fund?? My emergency fund as a single person is like 30k (granted I live in the US right now so its hella expensive) but this is a crazy amount of money to ask for from strangers but WAY less than you need to accomplish everything you want- business class tickets aside.
