Took my information and said quality control will contact me… honestly don’t even know how to feel.” The mystery object has sparked plenty of speculation among viewers. According to NBC New York, in March, nearly 10 million pounds of popular frozen food items sold at Trader Joe’s and other retailers were subject to a massive recall. This recall was initiated by Ajinomoto Foods North America after customers reported finding pieces of glass in various products. Federal officials identified a vegetable ingredient, specifically carrots, as the likely source of the contamination. The recall impacted items like Vegetable Fried Rice, Chicken Fried Rice, and Chicken Shu Mai, which were distributed across more than two dozen states.
