The injured include a 2-year-old boy, who remains hospitalized, and three adults who have since been discharged from the hospital.The gunfire erupted around 6 p.m. during the annual three-day festival, which draws hundreds of thousands of attendees, leading to widespread panic, evacuations, and vendors abandoning their booths.The teen who was arrested is being held in juvenile detention for investigation of firearms violations and first-degree assault, with a court appearance scheduled for Monday afternoon.
