As power outages continue to affect parts of Malta, local company Phonitel has opened its doors to anyone who urgently needs to charge essential devices.“Power cut? We’re here to help,” the company said in a social media post.Phonitel is offering free emergency USB-C (Type-C) charging for people who rely on medically essential devices or phones needed for health-related reasons.The offer also extends to USB-C devices used by children, elderly family members or anyone who depends on them.Anyone in need can visit Phonitel’s outlet on 21st September Avenue, Naxxar, where staff will provide emergency charging free of charge.The store is open daily between 8am and 8pm.Share with someone experiencing power cuts!•
