BTC: Is the Bull Market Back? Will $70K Be Revisited?Bitcoin / TetherUS PERPETUAL CONTRACTBINANCE:BTCUSDT.PGDJ_JinnAfter Bitcoin tagged the $67K high on Wednesday, it sold off for three consecutive days. The question now is whether the liquidity above the $68K high will still be swept, and whether the daily FVG around $70K will eventually be filled. My view: price likely needs a healthy pullback first, before another leg higher. · On the 4H chart, Bitcoin is showing a bear flag structure. In this type of price action, a large pool of buy-side stops often builds up below the rising trendline, and the market usually needs to sweep the sell-side liquidity below first before making its next decision. · On the daily chart, Bitcoin has now retraced back into the early-July consolidation range after three consecutive candles with increasing volume, forming a potential AMD distribution model. In this kind of structure, price often sweeps the lows around the $61K accumulation zone before completing distribution. My trading plan: Short around $65K (already entered last week) Long around $62.6K for an intraday swing · My main focus is on the $61K liquidity zone. If that level gets swept, I will watch for bullish price action to look for a long entry, especially with confluence from the VAL of the consolidation range and the Fib 0.66 bullish zone. If price breaks below $61K and fails to reclaim it on the daily timeframe, then we could see Bitcoin trade down to the $59K area. In that case, I would continue adding to my spot position, as I believe that would be an attractive accumulation zone.
