Chart Analysis Two things stand out on the chart: · MU has broken below a 4H bearish head & shoulders structure and then rebounded into the supply zone. Sellers above $1,000 are clearly showing strength, while buyers are also stepping in around the $880–840 area. · At the same time, on Thursday, July 23, price broke above a LTF downtrend line, forming a potential small-scale bullish head & shoulders pattern. Trading Plan Since I already sold my position, which I originally accumulated around $870, at $980, I am currently flat. I will look to buy another 20% of my intended position in the $866–850 zone, and plan to trim again if price reaches back above $1,000. However, if MU breaks above the $1,035 high, that would invalidate the earlier bearish structure and confirm it as a bear trap. In that case, the position should move strongly into profit, and I would look for another opportunity to add. If price breaks below $820, I will wait for price to reach my accumulation zone before reducing exposure more aggressively. Summary My plan is to scale back into the $866–850 area and avoid missing the move in case the current weakness turns out to be a bear trap. If price breaks above $1,035, I will add again on strength. My original accumulation plan in the $686–640 zone remains unchanged.
